Physical Shipping
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, no physical goods are shipped for purchases made through tecnow.org.
Online Course Delivery
Following successful payment, purchased course access is normally activated electronically through the student’s registered Tecnow account.
Customers may be required to log in using the email address/account used during registration or purchase.
Delivery Time
Course access is normally provided immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.
If payment has been completed but access is not available, contact admin@tecnow.org with the payment/order reference. We will verify the transaction and assist with activation.
Digital Products
E-books, PDFs, study materials and other downloadable products may be delivered through the customer’s account, a secure download page, email or another electronic delivery method specified during purchase.
