Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access purchased courses. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accounts and purchased course access are intended only for the registered learner and must not be shared, sold, transferred or provided to another person.
Courses and Digital Products
Tecnow provides online technology training, courses, educational videos, study materials, e-books and related digital-learning services. Course descriptions, prices and inclusions are displayed on the relevant product or course page.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, where required, may be included or separately identified.
Payments may be processed using authorised third-party payment providers including Razorpay.
An order or enrolment is considered confirmed after successful payment and confirmation by our system.
Course Access
Purchased course access is normally activated electronically after successful payment.
Where a course is advertised as providing lifetime access, “lifetime access” means access for as long as Tecnow continues to operate and make that particular course available on its learning platform, subject to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Courses, videos, documents, presentations, e-books, graphics, logos, training materials and other content available through Tecnow are protected intellectual property belonging to Zensu Group/Tecnow or their respective licensors.
Unless specifically permitted, users may not reproduce, record, screen-record, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, share or commercially exploit course content.
Account Misuse
Tecnow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, unauthorised copying, redistribution, piracy, fraudulent payment activity or other serious violations of these Terms.
Educational Disclaimer
Tecnow provides educational and skill-development training. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, interview selection, salary increases, certification or examination results.
References to technologies, certifications or organisations such as Red Hat, AWS, Linux Foundation or other vendors are for educational purposes and do not imply official affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Course Updates
We may update course content, curriculum, instructors, learning materials or platform features to improve the learning experience.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separately published Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Service Availability
We endeavour to provide reliable access, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zensu Group/Tecnow shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or educational content.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having jurisdiction over the registered place of business of Zensu Group, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
